Job Description

Interacting with all telephonic and email enquiries from our clients to ensure we provide the correct service. These are predominantly policy maintenance/claims enquires.

This is a customer orientated environment , we need to ensure all customers are treated with dignity , respect and the TCF principals are practiced.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:

What you’ll do



  • Handle client service enquiries on all policy maintenance requests (These include but not limited to Upgrades, Banking, Reinstatements , Claims )
  • Responsible for requests received from policy holders, these include but not limited to cancellations, debit order updates, new policy documents.
  • Proactive outbound calls when required.
  • Following up on claims as well as claim procedure knowledge

• Insurance terminology
• Product knowledge
• Inbound Customer Service experience (2-3 years)
• Financial knowledge
Educational Requirements
• Post matric studies/qualification an advantage
• COP or similar
• RE 5
