Job Description

To manage the administrative function in stores in Finance and HR thereby ensuring correct processes to minimise risk and increase profitability

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:

What you’ll do

  • Manage Financial (expense) and general administration for reconciliation and retention purposes
  • Ensure maintenance of all Systems, Methods and Procedures (SMP’s)
  • Review the actioning of key financial controls and admin processes in commercial areas to prevent losses
  • Continuously improve (add value) to efficiency of systems / procedures / controls across all store areas to affect profitability
  • Commercial management function during peak periods, late trading and weekends
