Hutech International Group (Pty) Ltd is in search for a versatile and highly-organized Personal Assistant to Executive Manager to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
To professionally manage, assist and support the Regional Manager with confidential and effective administration.
- Assist manager with administrative functions.
- Administrate correspondence and documentation.
- Administrate systems and equipment.
- Assist with external projects and public relations matters.
- Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial
- RE 5 (as an advantage)
- 2 Years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
